Xchange Producer Onboarding is a cloud-based onboarding and credentialing platform by RegEd, designed to drastically accelerate and simplify the process of contracting, licensing and appointing new producers (agents/advisors) for insurance companies and financial firms. It automates data population, contract generation, credential validation and workflow routing—reducing manual effort, ensuring compliance, and speeding time‑to‑market for new producers.

• Dynamically Generated Contracts: Contracts and appendices are created automatically based on the producer’s selections (line of business, products), reducing manual drafting.
• Auto‑Populated Producer Data: Producer data is fetched and populated automatically from primary sources, including regulatory registries, background-info providers, internal CRM or third-party systems — minimizing data entry.
• Business Process Automation: Once rules are defined, the system auto‑triggers appointment transactions, background checks, and other onboarding steps without manual intervention.
