RegEd CLEARXchange is a module within RegEd’s Xchange Enterprise platform that provides real‑time validation of contracting, licensing, education/training, appointment and registration credentials for insurance producers. By instantly verifying credentials at the source, CLEARXchange issues a “clear to sell” signal — allowing compliant agents or advisors to place business immediately. This removes delays associated with manual credential checks, course completion uploads or external system file transfers. CLEARXchange integrates with order‑entry, account opening and compensation systems, as well as RegEd’s own training platform (and optionally third‑party training providers), enabling seamless onboarding and compliance workflows. It is part of RegEd’s broader Xchange ecosystem for producer management, licensing, registration, and compliance automation.
