Katalyst D2D (Design to Decide) is a software application designed to automate and analyze the entire high throughput and parallel chemistry workflow in one interface. It provides integrated, automated experiment planning, execution, and analysis capabilities, connecting live analytical data to each experiment for efficient decision-making. The software supports optimal experimental designs through integrated machine learning tools and allows for the export of structured results for cross-experiment analysis and AI/ML dataset preparation, making it essential for digitalized HTE. Katalyst D2D reduces the risk of error propagation by automating manual tasks and eliminating transcription between multiple software applications. It enables users to quickly achieve optimal reaction conditions using the ML Bayesian optimization algorithm, guiding the design of experiments (DoE) and allowing for the investigation of autonomous HTE using no-code AI models with interactive visualizations. The software automatically assembles analytical data from entire studies in one place, connecting data generated in HT experiments with each well, facilitating a faster transition from Design to Decide.
