Overview

GeneMarker® software is a unique genotype analysis tool designed to enhance speed, accuracy, and ease of analyses. It serves as an excellent alternative to Applied BioSystems GeneMapper® software and MRC Holland's Coffalyser.Net software. GeneMarker is compatible with output files from all major sequencing systems, including ABI®PRISM, Applied Biosystems SeqStudio™, and Promega Spectrum Compact CE Systems genetic analyzers, as well as custom primers or commercially available 4-6 dye chemistries. The software operates on Windows® 7-10 based systems, simplifying analyses for clinical and basic research in agriculture and wildlife applications. GeneMarker software integrates new technologies that streamline the analysis process, making it accessible and user-friendly for biologists. It supports a wide range of applications, including repeat expansion diseases (HTT, DMPK, ALS), Fragile X, aneuploidy analysis, trisomy, MLPA, MS-MLPA, MSI, LOH, haplotype analysis, SBE-SNaPshot™, microsatellite and pedigree database searching, kinship analysis, genotype merge tool, replicate comparison tool, and clustering algorithms. The software also includes advanced size calling technologies such as AFLP® and Yale AFLP analysis comparison, as well as T-RFLP.
