This software is used to monitor chimerism levels in various types of stem cell transplants, including allogeneic stem cells transplant (SCT), hematopoietic stem cells transplant (HSCT), bone marrow transplant (BMT), and cord and peripheral blood stem cells transplant (PBSCT) samples. ChimeRMarker provides complete chimerism detection, long-term monitoring, and quantification in one program, significantly increasing analysis capacity by 20-30% annually. The software offers accurate, rapid genotyping and chimerism analysis with documented time savings of up to 85%. It automatically identifies donor and recipient peaks in post-BMT samples, calculates percent chimerism, and provides quality metrics for single donor or double donor cases. ChimeRMarker also supports longitudinal monitoring post-BMT, with multi-lineage capabilities for analyzing T-cells, B-cells, and other cell type populations.
