We are a commercial business rather than a not-for-profit organisation, but the ‘dot-org’ label plays into two key characteristics of our culture. We are heavily reliant on open-source software and make an active contribution back into the community. And although we seek to create profits for our shareholders this is not our driving principle, to the point where we’d rather recommend a competitor product than sell the wrong solution.
