Witco’s integration with Z#BRE connects building occupancy sensors and e-ink room displays to workplace operations. Workplace managers gain real-time maps of available desks and rooms, analyze occupancy by building, floor, and area in Z#BRE dashboards, and can automatically free unused resources soon. Outside the Witco app, e-ink displays show bookings at room entrances, while Z#BRE sensors monitor environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, noise, CO2, and more) with alerts when values deviate from healthy ranges. The integration also supports energy performance improvements by adjusting the actual area in use to reduce real estate footprint and operational impact (heating and AC).
