Xtract for Alteryx is embedded in the Alteryx Designer. This enables data from the SAP system to be easily integrated into the data flow of your Alteryx solution. Select from different types of SAP connectors in Alteryx Designer Tool Palette to design your workflows and applications for SAP with ease. This can involve the extraction of mass data directly from one or more SAP tables or the extraction of data from SAP BW InfoCubes or BEx queries. In addition, you can easily access SAP DataSources (BW extractors), CDS views, BW/4HANA objects, hierarchical data and other data sources.

Xtract for Alteryx is our tool for the business analyst working with Alteryx Designer. Whether you are looking to integrate SAP sales, finance, procurement, material or employee data into your analytics solution, with Xtract for Alteryx you will have SAP data at your fingertips. As part of our Xtract family, the product comes with the same, proven SAP data extraction capabilities as our other Xtract products. Xtract for Alteryx will show up in the Designer as a separate Tools group, where you can access different SAP data source components. Simply drag and drop any of the tools to your workflow design area and start working with it. Everything you need to tap into your SAP data sources is right where you need it – no need for another tool or cumbersome data transfer procedures. With a few clicks, you can connect to one or more SAP systems and configure your SAP data feeds - no coding or scripting required. Xtract for Alteryx supports both large volume SAP data ingestion as well as repeated, incremental SAP data feeds. Multiple SAP data extracts can run concurrently. Your SAP data feeds can be easily modified in Alteryx Designer to include new data elements or data from different SAP modules to accommodate your changing business requirements.
