The Intellia Wheeled Excavator Simulator Training Pack delivers a comprehensive virtual training solution tailored for wheeled excavator operators working in dense urban environments. By authentically replicating machine behavior, soil interaction, and operator controls, the simulator enhances situational awareness, safety, productivity, and technical proficiency. Trainees gain hands-on practice with realistic machine response, attachment handling, and performance feedback—all within a controlled, repeatable environment.

• **Training Exercises and Learning Outcomes: **Progressive learning scenarios from beginner to advanced including: controls familiarization, live quick-coupler attachment changing, driving in urban environments, loading/unloading trailers, arc swipe, truck loading, test weight exercises, and freeform sandbox practice.
• **Performance Metrics and Reporting: **Measures objective operator performance using metrics such as completion time, cycle time, volume excavated per bucket and overall, cones touched or knocked over, and tracking of safety violations and collisions (e.g., contact with power lines, fire hydrants, vehicles, flips, or unsafe parking).
• **Simulation Fidelity: **Implements engineering-grade behavior of hydraulics, tipping, wheel interaction over varied terrains, realistic engine and hydraulic vibrations, sound effects and audible cues (variable RPMs, drilling, horns, overload alarms). Soil movement is authentically simulated for accurate digging and load behavior.
• **Attachments Included: **Comes with standard heavy-duty bucket, narrow heavy-duty bucket, and tiltrotator bucket. Supports live quick-coupler attachment changes for hands-on attachment operation training.
