Virtual Provider Edge (vPE)

The 6WIND Virtual Provider Edge (vPE) is a high-performance, virtualized network function (VNF) designed to serve as an Edge Router for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Enterprises. It enables agile service introduction, distributed edge architectures, and efficient scaling to meet evolving service requirements. The vPE is deployable as a Physical Network Function (PNF), Virtual Network Function (VNF), or Cloud-Native Function (CNF) on x86 and ARM COTS servers, supporting both private and public cloud environments.
