The 6WIND Virtual Cell Site Router (vCSR) is a high-performance, cloud-native gateway router designed for deployment at mobile cell sites. It aggregates and routes traffic from multiple radio cells, providing secure, scalable, and efficient connectivity between the access network and the 5G core. The vCSR can be deployed as a virtual or containerized network function on x86 and ARM COTS servers, helping operators reduce costs, simplify architectures, and optimize resource usage for 5G and legacy services.
