What does the process look like?
Automatic selection VerbeterMeter automatically selects the correct questionnaire per customer every week, based on the installation date. We retrieve the customer data from your child planning system via a link. Invitation by e-mail The group of selected parents will receive an automated e-mail inviting them to complete the questionnaire. By clicking on the link in the e-mail, the questionnaire can easily be completed. Filling in the questionnaire The short questionnaires can be completed on any device. During the implementation process, we look together at which questionnaires your organization actually wants to send. Processing data After the questionnaire has been completed, the scores are processed into results at location level/type of work. Within VerbeterMeter you can give users access to these results so that they can get started. Dashboards We create various dashboards from the results at location level.
