Thea Substance Converter is a free software tool that allows users to convert Adobe Substance 3D materials into Thea Render materials. By leveraging the Substance Engine, the converter enables users to modify Substance files within the application, with changes automatically applied to Thea materials. Physically-based materials designed with the Metallic/Roughness template are automatically converted to their equivalent in the Thea material system. Additionally, users can create custom combinations, though the results may not always be physically accurate. The converter also supports batch conversion of Metallic/Roughness Substance files to Thea materials or to a Thea material pack.
