The app is a 100% responsive web application, requiring no installation or changes to existing infrastructure, and is compatible with RFID and barcode scanning. The Store App streamlines order fulfillment by providing push notifications for efficient claiming and processing of omnichannel orders, guiding associates through picking, packing, and documentation for timely pickup or delivery. It offers real-time access to critical information including stock levels, product details, customer preferences, and order status, thereby enhancing the customer journey. Specific use cases include managing Click and Collect orders with item, customer, and pickup time details; facilitating Reserve and Collect by setting aside stock and sending confirmations; enabling Endless Aisle by searching for unavailable items and placing orders across all stock points; optimizing Ship from Store by notifying eligible stores and guiding the fulfillment process from picking to shipping label generation and carrier integration; and simplifying In-Store Returns by validating return authorizations and guiding the refund or exchange process.
