The QFM Parts & Stock module provides a comprehensive solution for the management, requisition, and use of warehouse stock. It provides real-time insight into stock levels, providing the ability to understand how quickly stock is being used, ensure optimum store levels are maintained and minimise delays in repairing assets or replacing equipment. The software is ideal for both centrally and remotely monitoring consumables, bar-coded furniture and office equipment.

Real-time stock status Monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables in real time, ensuring that your organisation maintains optimal inventory levels. Stock can be tagged in multiple ways to aid budgeting, planning and organisation, such as with supplier details, re-ordering lead time, expected cost, triggers for re-ordering levels, hazard level, and category or group. Users can also define the exact physical area where the stock is stored in the warehouse, further improving work efficiency.
Direct assignment to tasks Ensure planned preventative works can go ahead as scheduled by linking parts to work orders. This provides greater efficiency and is a fail-safe method for the inclusion of the parts required for scheduled planned maintenance work. Reports can be run to what parts will be required for future works, making it easy to plan, budget and purchase.
Mobile compatibility Operatives in the field can view and request parts via QFM Mobile App, including the ability to synchronise parts, categories, and stock levels. Furthermore, only the warehouses that they have permissions to access are synchronised and available to view. Operatives can record parts used against a visit, return unused part items to the warehouse, request additional part items (catalogued and non-catalogued) and record ad-hoc part items purchased separately.
Reporting Comprehensive QFM Parts and Stock reports are available within the QFM Report Centre to provide complete visibility of stock levels and consumption. Organisations can report on parts used during maintenance jobs and planned works, goods received, stock information and stock purchase orders.
