SOLO® by RedZone Robotics is an autonomous, battery-powered inspection robot designed for small-diameter sewer pipes (8–12 inches). The system enables rapid deployment—typically 10–15 minutes per site—and can operate in squads of up to four units for maximum field efficiency. SOLO® traverses pipelines independently, capturing high-resolution, 360-degree video using dual pano-spheric lenses and onboard sensors. The robot is lightweight and portable, requiring no winch, truck, or extensive setup, which allows access to hard-to-reach areas and minimizes public disruption. Inspection data is collected digitally and can be uploaded to RedZone’s cloud-based platform for post-processing, defect coding, and asset management. SOLO® supports industry-standard deliverables (NASSCO PACP/MACP, WRc, WSSA) and is designed to help municipalities and utilities inspect entire collection systems quickly, accurately, and with reduced operational costs and environmental impact.
