SNI Saudi Arabia e-Invoicing is a comprehensive solution designed to help businesses comply with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing mandate in Saudi Arabia. The regulation, which became mandatory on December 4, 2021, requires resident taxpayers and third parties acting on their behalf to issue electronic invoices for B2B and B2C transactions, including debit and credit notes. The e-invoicing system in Saudi Arabia is structured in two phases. Phase 1: Mandatory e-invoice generation and archiving. Phase 2: Integration with ZATCA’s e-invoice portal and submission of invoices. SNI’s solution supports both phases and ensures full compliance with the technical and legal requirements set by ZATCA.
