SNI SAF-T Norway is a SAP-integrated solution designed to help businesses comply with Norway’s SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax) reporting requirements. SAF-T reporting became mandatory in Norway from January 2020 for companies with turnover above 5 million NOK. The format is XML-based and includes transactional and master data required by the Norwegian Tax Authority (Skatteetaten). SNI’s solution extracts periodic accounting and VAT data directly from SAP modules and generates SAF-T XML files within the SAP environment.
