SNI India e-Invoicing is a comprehensive SAP-compatible solution designed to help businesses comply with India’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council’s e-invoicing mandates. Introduced to reduce tax evasion and improve reporting accuracy, e-invoicing is mandatory for registered businesses with annual turnover exceeding ₹5 crore (approx. €575,000) as of August 2023. The system requires invoices to be transmitted in JSON format to the Invoice Reference Portal (IRP), which validates and returns a digitally signed invoice with a unique Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and QR code. SNI’s solution automates the entire process—from data retrieval and mapping to transmission and validation—ensuring seamless compliance with Indian tax regulations.
