SNI E-Note of Expenses is a legally compliant digital solution for issuing and transmitting expense notes electronically, replacing traditional paper-based documents. Mandated by the Turkish Revenue Administration (TRA), this application becomes compulsory for notified taxpayers after a 3-month period and is available voluntarily for others meeting specific criteria. The solution ensures full compliance with the VUK Communiqué No. 509 and facilitates electronic delivery and reporting of expense documents. SNI’s solution enables companies to transmit expense notes electronically to both vendors and the Presidency systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. It is SAP-certified and written entirely in ABAP, offering seamless integration with SAP systems and also available via a standalone portal for ERP-independent use.
