  • Flexible Data Extraction: SNI e-Doc Suite offers two distinct options for data extraction:
    • Automatic Extraction: Enables seamless data retrieval through secure channels such as SFTP, FTPS, SOAP/REST web services, OFTP2, AS4, and email.
    • Manual Extraction: Allows users to input data using SNI’s predefined template and a dedicated e-invoice creation screen.
  • Secure Transmission and Invoice Management: Once financial data is extracted, it is transformed into the required format and securely transmitted to the relevant tax authority and the buyer. The system automatically forwards validated invoices from the government to the final customer. It supports various invoice types, including commercial invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, with flexibility to accommodate regulatory variations.
  • End-to-End Invoice Lifecycle Management: The platform enables businesses to generate, monitor, and transmit invoices efficiently while ensuring compliance and operational transparency. A document status field allows users to track the invoicing process in real-time.
  • Inbound Invoice Management: SNI e-Doc Suite includes a dedicated Inbound Cockpit interface that displays all inbound invoices. It enhances user experience and facilitates efficient invoice management. Features include:
    • Approval and rejection buttons aligned with regulatory requirements.
    • Real-time status tracking of government and customer responses.
