Overview

ICD Portal is a treasury-focused investment technology platform that lets corporate treasury teams research, trade, analyze and report on short-term investments (money market funds, deposit solutions, short-duration bond funds, SMAs and now U.S. T-bills) through a single, integrated interface. ICD was acquired by Tradeweb and is being integrated with select Tradeweb liquidity and execution services to expand direct trading capabilities for corporate treasuries.

Features and Capabilities

  • Research & Market Coverage: ICD Portal aggregates comprehensive product data — money market funds, short-duration bond funds, bank deposit programs and separately managed accounts — enabling side-by-side comparisons and fund filtering.
  • Trading & Execution: Trade workflow supports multiple settlement channels (clearing, custody, direct) and now includes direct U.S. Treasury bill trading via the Tradeweb connection, providing a broader execution toolkit for treasuries.
  • Settlement Automation: AutoPay and wire-settlement automation reduce manual steps and settlement delays by automating approved portal trade orders into settlement flow.
  • Portfolio Analytics & Reporting: Integrated analytics let treasuries analyze yield, duration and exposures and generate consolidated reports for compliance and internal stakeholders.
  • Third-party Integrations: Connects with treasury-management and accounting systems to streamline reconciliations, data flows and reporting into existing corporate workflows.
  • Provider Neutrality & Aggregation: Offers access to dozens of providers (money market fund companies, banks and asset managers) with an emphasis on unbiased access and transparency.
  • User Experience & Security: Designed by treasury practitioners for treasury workflows — role-based access, detailed audit trails and enterprise security controls for institutional usage.
