Mobile Applications

To access mobile applications or mobile websites, users will need: Compatible Mobile Device or Tablet running:

• Apple iOS 8 or higher
• Android 5 or higher Compatible Mobile Web Browser:
• Safari
• Google Chrome

AutoCAD & Revit

To access the SmartClient Extension for AutoCAD & Revit, users will need:

• 64-bit Windows 7 PC or higher with internet access to Archibus SaaS
• AutoCAD 2015 or higher
• Revit 2015 or higher

Workplace Services

To run the Reservations Plug-in for Outlook, users will need:

• Outlook 2010 or higher
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime To run the Extension for Microsoft Exchange:
• Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP1 or higher
• Archibus SaaS needs to be able to access your Exchange Server.

General Requirements

Screen resolution of 1280×1024 Windows 7 PC or higher Compatible Web Browser:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
• Microsoft Edge (latest 2 versions)
• Google Chrome (latest 2 versions)
• Mozilla Firefox (latest 2 versions)

Recommendations

• 1600 x 900 for users who make heavy use of floorplan views, maps or a lot of data
• Dual monitors
• Above 8GB RAM
