Overview

RushReady AI is an AI-driven module of DTiQ’s VIDEOiQ platform that monitors live camera feeds to detect guest surges, queue build-up, staff deployment gaps and other speed-of-service issues. It generates real-time alerts and configurable KPIs so operators can reallocate staff, reduce wait times and improve customer experience across QSRs, convenience stores and retail locations. RushReady AI leverages existing IP cameras and the VIDEOiQ ecosystem to combine video analytics with POS and operational data for actionable, in-the-moment insights.

Features and Capabilities

• Real-time Monitoring & Alerts: RushReady AI continuously monitors camera zones (entryways, counters, drive-thru lanes) and triggers real-time alerts when thresholds (guest counts, queue length, ticket backlog) are exceeded so staff can act immediately.
• Configurable KPIs & Scenarios: Define KPIs and scenario types (Guest Queue, Guest Surge, Staff Engagement, Staff Deployment) and tailor alerts to specific operational needs and thresholds.
• Works with Existing Cameras: Integrates with existing VIDEOiQ IP cameras (and many standard IP cameras) — no mandatory camera replacement required.
• Camera Zone Drawing & Targeting: Draw and configure monitoring zones (e.g., service counter, dining area, drive-thru) for precise detection and targeted alerts.
• Staffing Optimization: Uses detected traffic patterns and surges to recommend or prompt staff redeployment to reduce bottlenecks and improve speed of service.
• Integration with POS & Analytics: Correlates video events with POS/ticket data to tie service issues to transactions, improving root-cause analysis and reporting.
• Exception-Based Reporting & Historical Insights: Stores event history and provides exception reports and dashboards to analyse recurring problem times and locations.
• Beta / Early Release Notes: RushReady AI has been launched in beta with selected customers as part of 360iQ platform updates and release notes.
