How Does Rent Ready Work?

  1. The resident’s notice to vacate in the property management system triggers the turn scheduling process. 
  2. The jobs are assigned to and scheduled for the Rent Ready Pro via the Pro Mobile App.  
  3. Every step off the job is updated by RR so that you can see work progress through the web or mobile app. 
  4. Our dedicated QA team completes a virtual walk-through to ensure the property’s standards are met.  
  5. The onsite team completes their walk through, provides ratings and feedback, and notifies leasing that the unit is ready.  
  6. The new resident moves in and makes the unit their home.
