Explore

Instant exploration is one of the key features in Qlucore Omics Explorer tailored to generate actionable results. As a user, you decide your own workflow and exploration starting point, if it is a PCA or UMAP plot to check for outliers and batch effects or if it is through variance fitlering to investigate signals in the data. Use the extensive range of plots and statistical filters to explore your multi-omics and NGS data instantly. All through the exploration you are in control and can define the steps to meet your specific needs. Through the Log and status window you keep track of the taken steps.

Analyze

One of the cornerstones for quick and efficient data analysis is a flexible and easy to use statistical framework that can be combined with visualizations and plots to reveal valuable insights. Qlucore Omics Explorer is fast and include a broad scope of analysis options for count-based as well as continues data.

Visualize

You can work interactively with any number of active plots from one or multiple data sets.  When you make any changes to selections and/or filters, the result is immediately displayed in all open plots. This makes it easier to visualize several aspects of data simultaneously, the plots can be enhanced by using colors, symbols, labels and networks  You can visualize multiple annotations at the same time both in 2D and 3D plots such as PCA using a combination of colors and symbols. That makes it possible to show two different sample annotations in the same plot. The base module supports many different plot types that can be configured extensively based on needs and preferences.
