What Are the Benefits of a WRAP Certification?

A WRAP certification provides numerous benefits for both manufacturers and buyers in the apparel, footwear, and sewn goods industries. WRAP certification helps you:

  • Improve working conditions
  • Reduce risks
  • Boost employee morale
  • Reduce supply chain risk
  • Enhance brand reputation by demonstrating a commitment to responsible sourcing

For buyers, a WRAP certification also provides assurance that the products you’re purchasing were produced in a socially responsible and ethical manner. In addition to its comprehensive assessment of ethical and responsible manufacturing, WRAP also includes the requirements of a C-TPAT security audit. This allows you to sell to brands and retailers in the US without needing to undergo an additional audit.
