Features and Capabilities

  • SPC for Process Documentation: Facilitates the recording and transfer of measurement and test data from various sources, including manual input and direct data transfer from portable measuring equipment, multipoint measuring instruments, measuring devices, and multiplexers via RS232 or USB interfaces. The software visualizes recorded measured values through appealing charts such as quality control charts, value charts, and bar charts, aiding users in evaluating data for specific purposes.
  • Online Alarm Monitoring: Enables real-time visualization and alarm monitoring of process parameters from assembly systems, injection molding machines, or furnaces. The software offers graphics and tables to display individual measurements, trend charts of measured values, or compact status indications of each production facility. It transfers data collected by the measurement system in the Q-DAS ASCII transfer format.
  • Real-Time Visualization: Highlights characteristics causing problems in measurements, including those with many characteristics and long measurement cycles, such as measurements from coordinate measuring machines or complex measuring devices. This approach makes it easy to identify weak points in a process. The software features a well-structured graphical user interface with simple buttons, ensuring high user acceptance.
  • Alert Function: Immediately checks whether measured values meet individual alarm conditions to minimize the risk of overlooking deviations from target specifications. The software displays the characteristics causing the alarm and can generate and send reports automatically via printout, PDF, email, or SMS.
