Overview PX Insights is an add-on to Akeneo Product Cloud that transforms fragmented customer signals—shopping metrics, reviews, sentiment, sales and return data—into product-level intelligence. It centralizes this insight within the PIM, empowering e‑commerce, marketing, merchandising, and product teams to make data-informed decisions, improve discoverability, enhance product content, proactively address quality issues, and reduce returns.
