Overview

PACT RevenU’s Property Management module is a cloud-enabled, modular component of the PACT ERP platform that centralizes leasing, tenant billing, maintenance management and portfolio financials. It automates lease tracking and renewals, generates invoices and payment reminders, consolidates multi-property dashboards, and integrates with accounting, inventory and CRM modules to give property managers, landlords and real-estate businesses a single view of operations and cashflow.
