Date monitoring The date monitoring system within QFM Space allows either standard or customised monitors to be created with set lead times on any activities related to lease management, ensuring all deadlines are met and activities are completed. The system can then automatically notify the relevant team members by email as well as raise task records to monitor progress and completion of any required actions, while maintaining a digital paper trail of property and lease related activities.
