Our processing products cover all the activities related to the scanning, reworking, grading, and sorting of returned parcels. We have combined our processing activities into three packages from basic to robust: Level 1, 2, and 3. Level 3 is the most complete package and can support advanced processing activities such as item rework to restore items to a sellable state. Level 1 is less advanced and supports basic package reception and consolidation before sending items back. Each package has a unique set of benefits and takes the hassle out of processing returned parcels.

Item Registration

Item Grading

We offer two different grading systems to assess the condition of returned items. Items can be sorted according to:

• Pass/Fail or
• A/B/C *Included in Level 2 and Level 3 processing packages.

Item Rework

If items are returned in a non-sellable condition, we restore them to a sellable state. This can involve:

• Quick cleaning
• Refolding
• Retying shoelaces
• Putting item in a new polybag
• Putting item in a new box
• Relabeling *Only included in Level 3 processing package.

Sorting

Items can be sorted to different locations such as back to your central warehouse, recycling facility, donation center, outlet store, etc. Sorting can be done based on a number of factors such as brand, product category, date of purchase, product value, and more. *Included in Level 2 and Level 3 processing packages.
