This integration allows users to fetch Zendesk tickets, including custom properties and labels, directly into Planhat's Conversations module in real-time. It enriches Zendesk with contextual data on Companies and End Users from Planhat, providing a more comprehensive view of customer interactions. The system can automatically create or update tickets in Planhat as they are modified in Zendesk, with a historical window of up to six months. Additionally, the integration can push specific properties from Planhat's Company or End User objects into Zendesk when tickets are viewed, offering richer context. Identification of related companies is based on the email domain of the End User involved in the conversation. Authorized Planhat users can establish the connection through the Integrate tab, provided they have the necessary permissions within their Zendesk instance.
