This integration automates the creation and enrollment of end-users in LearnUpon courses, triggered by events within Planhat. It seamlessly pushes learning data back into Planhat, allowing for comprehensive customer experience management. Users can be automatically created and enrolled in courses instantaneously. Enrolments from LearnUpon can be sent to Planhat as Tasks assigned to the relevant end-user, with completion tracked via a Custom Field. Activation requires a LearnUpon API key and is facilitated by Planhat's Technical Account Managers, with setup guidance available in their Help Center.
