This integration allows users to fetch events from Pendo, such as clicks and page views, into Planhat as time-series Metrics. Pendo events can be linked to Planhat's Companies, End Users, Assets, or Projects, serving as Custom Metrics or User Activities. The connection supports the retrieval of all datatypes from Pendo, including Features, Pages, Reports, Aggregations, and Product Engagement Scores (PES). It also accommodates multiple applications by auto-splitting data series by applicationId, enables auto-creation of End Users, synchronizes up to one year of historical data, and supports custom Segments. Data syncs automatically to Planhat once daily, with manual sync options available on demand. Configuration is managed by authorized Planhat users via the Integrate tab, requiring appropriate Pendo access permissions.
