This integration allows users to deploy targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS) campaigns using Delighted and automatically sync the resulting survey responses back into Planhat. Authorized Planhat users can connect their Delighted instance through the 'Integrate' tab. Once configured, users can export selected lists of end-users from Planhat as campaign contacts in Delighted, triggering NPS surveys. Users have the option to send surveys immediately and assign them to a campaign later, or simultaneously send users to Delighted and trigger a specific campaign. It's important to note that survey rates and frequencies configured within Delighted cannot be overridden from Planhat. After surveys are initiated, Planhat automatically fetches NPS survey results from Delighted, providing a unified view of customer feedback alongside other customer data within Planhat.
