Automated notifications A multi-stage approval process can be pre-set to allow users to assign, reject and cancel permits, with the option for the approver to reject permits with notes for resubmission. Once the final approval is granted and the PDF generated and attached to the permit record, an email notification is automatically sent to key contacts with a link to the document. This reduces the risk of delays or miscommunications.
