PensionPal is a client management system specifically designed for Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to manage the four core functions of management: Plan, Organize, Direct, and Control. It provides quick access to client information, allows linking of clients with their associates such as brokers, sales agents, and accountants, and keeps plan specifications readily available for consultation. The system enables users to create reports based on specific client or plan criteria in seconds, log all client correspondence through Outlook Add-In email integration, and track all payouts including Distributions, Loans, Hardships, and QDROs. Users can attach files and emails directly to client, contact, and plan records, track employee billable time and workflow, and utilize dynamic reporting features for insights into referral sources, fees, revenue sharing, staffing, and workflow status. PensionPal integrates with ASC’s Plan Documents and DC/401(k) Systems to save time. Customizable dashboards, colors, and data fields help users quickly identify clients, prospects, and important plan data. It also supports mass creation of fillable PDF forms and detailed time and billing tracking for employee production and invoicing.
