This tool offers a centralized platform for managing requirements, communications, and logistical details, enhancing the overall experience for both leaders and participants.

Features

Checklists

Create checklists to notify participants of tasks to be completed, what to bring for the trip, and more. Checklists are stored and can be used for multiple trips.

Packets

Centralize all paperwork for a trip, such as forms or applications, with packets. Leaders can then download packets for each trip.

Requirements Progress

View the progress of requirement completion for all participants in a dashboard, or view the status for each individual on their profile.

Reminders

Set due dates for requirements and Go Method will send automated reminders until each requirement has been completed. Reminders can be sent to participants or the team leader.

Meetings

Team leaders can schedule meetings for each trip. Participants will be notified, a meeting reminder can be scheduled, and the team leader can take attendance.

Discussions

Allows leaders and participants to interact leading up to the trip with discussions. You can use discussions to share ideas or ask questions and participants can reply in comments.
