SysTools NSF Split Tool is designed to reduce the size of Lotus Notes NSF database files, including mailboxes, archives, and address books (Names.NSF). It offers four splitting methods: by size, year, date, and folder. The software supports password-protected and encrypted NSF files. It is compatible with all versions of Lotus Notes, including 9.0 and below, and Windows 11 and below. A comparison report can be generated to compare the reduced NSF file with the original. The tool requires Lotus Notes installation to function. For Domino Server, the NSF file needs to be copied in offline mode to another location before splitting. To split contacts, a separate Names.nsf file is required.
