The Incremental Accelerator for NetApp Plugin is a specialized Bacula Enterprise module designed to dramatically improve backup and restore performance for NetApp NAS systems, especially those managing large volumes of files. By leveraging NetApp snapshots, the plugin eliminates the need for full file system scans during incremental backups, significantly reducing backup windows and system load.
