The software supports programmable parameters, allowing adjustments to engine features and settings, and includes snapshot recording and freeze frame data for advanced troubleshooting. NEDS is compatible with a range of communication adapters and is intended for use by dealers, fleets, and service shops managing mixed truck fleets. The license is valid for 12 months and requires annual renewal for continued use.
