Product details

MoJo™ is a secondary market software solution designed to enhance Best Execution strategies by considering all possible pooling possibilities to achieve maximum profits. It helps users identify the best possible execution by maximizing the benefit of specified pay-ups and minimizing price hits for high balance loans. The software analyzes all potential pooling combinations to yield the maximum overall value, allowing loans to change investors or pass-through coupons, and spec pools to be collapsed for de-minimus pooling. It also facilitates segment deliveries into flow servicing agreements while ensuring compliance with investor stipulations. MoJo™ enables the application of weighted average constraints with a +/- tolerance on any variable in the data set, as well as minimum/maximum limit constraints. Furthermore, it significantly reduces processing time by replacing manual processes that can take hours or days with automation, allowing for the export of optimal pools to delivery systems, commitment to pools, auto-creation of trades, and allocation of loans to trades. MoJo™ is part of MIAC's advanced Secondary Market tools, which include pipeline hedging solutions like MarketShield®, BuySide Trader™, SellSide Trader™, and RateSheet Generator™.
