It offers the flexibility to build custom normal databases for additional tracers and supports the analysis of dynamic imaging protocols. The software facilitates easy analysis through diverse quantitative methods such as voxel-based analysis with color-coded overlays, cluster analysis for refined results, region-based analysis with Z-score tables and SUVR statistics, and cortical surface projections for an overall visual interpretation. Central to its neuro quantitative analysis is the BrainAlign™ image registration method. This landmark-based deformation algorithm precisely matches the size, shape, and orientation of a patient's brain scan to a database of normal controls for accurate comparison.
