The complex functionality of Microsoft Excel combined with the advantages of our 64-BIT OLAP database – with MIK.xylona we deliver a sophisticated solution for the multidimensional analysis of company key figures. The scope of services of Excel is extended by various ready-made business functions that can be integrated into tables. These include comparisons, deviation and traffic light analyses as well as more than 40 additional specific functions. Access to the database is dynamic, so that up-to-date data is always supplied. In addition to reading the data from the database, write access to the database is also possible. Data values can be entered directly into the database via an Excel spreadsheet, for example for planning or budgeting purposes. Convenient navigation options and additional viewing functions are offered by the browser mode of MIK.xylona. Here, the user can swap dimensions via drag and drop, collapse and collapse hierarchical dimension structures and create nested tables.
