MIAC|DS™ is a Loan-Level Integrated Portfolio Management System designed to provide comprehensive market and economic value, risk exposure, and GAAP accounting details for individual and aggregated servicing portfolios. By performing all calculations at the loan-level, it ensures accuracy and eliminates potential losses due to aggregated loan attributes. This system empowers users to understand the specific loans within their portfolio, facilitating strategic decision-making and actionable insights. Users can further refine findings through idiosyncratic assumption adjustments. MIAC|DS™ is structured into three core modules: MIAC | DS Accountant, which handles industry-validated MSR GAAP impairment measurement and configurable amortization processes; MIAC | DS Analyzer, responsible for producing market and economic values and performing sensitivity analysis with robust reporting capabilities; and MIAC | DS Reporter, which enables comprehensive reporting on all data, valuations, and accounting information generated by the other modules. The system supports reporting, servicing valuation, acquisition analysis, default and prepayment management, retention, and is ASC 820 compliant. Key features include the ability to create and run point-in-time or time-variant reports, calculate the probability, timing, and severity of defaults for each loan based on its unique characteristics, and identify high-risk loans, prepayment risk, and other performance-impacting factors. Users can leverage the assumption set, including income and cost components, discount rates, and prepayment tables, for detailed analysis.
