• Register repairs: Technicians and crew can scan or log equipment failures using the mobile app or desktop. Options include charging costs to clients and adjusting stock availability accordingly.
• Plan inspections: Schedule and track recurring or periodic inspections at serial‑number level, with status updates like pending, processing or approved.
• Import inspection data: Upload inspection results from spreadsheets (xlsx or csv) from DMS tools like Fluke, create inspection reports in seconds, and automatically store attachments in the system.
• Maintenance overview: Central dashboard to monitor all active repairs, inspections, and missing or defective items — with filtering and bulk‑editing tools to update statuses efficiently.
