LesionID Pro is a medical imaging software designed to aid clinicians in decision-making by providing time-saving tools that extract quantitative patient-specific insights from PSMA PET/CT and SPECT/CT studies. It helps in assessing total tumor burden during the planning and evaluation of various treatment options, including radiopharmaceutical therapy (RPT), without increasing the clinician's workload. The software supports both PSMA PET/CT for quantifying total disease burden and PSMA SPECT/CT for tracking disease burden changes, offering efficient whole-body lesion segmentation and automated normal physiologic uptake removal for both modalities. It automatically calculates whole-body total tumor volume (TTV) and SUVmean, and ensures vendor-neutrality for image and radiotracer support. The LesionID Pro process integrates with MIM® automation, where a PSMA PET or SPECT scan triggers the system, normal organ auto-contours are created on the CT with Contour ProtégéAI+™, and a MIM session is auto-saved for review. The software then guides the physician through assessing and removing physiological uptake, allowing clinicians to review lesion contours before automatically generating total tumor burden statistics.
