Kurmi for Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) is a Unified Communications (UC) management platform designed to automate the entire lifecycle of a client's collaboration services. It offers service providers a centralized administration portal to manage all customers and automate service activations. The platform supports the full Cisco Collaboration Suite, including Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, BroadWorks, HCS, and Contact Center.
