The Jira integration by Planhat allows organizations to synchronize issues and tickets in real-time between Jira and Planhat. This integration facilitates the fetching of bugs and feature requests from Jira Core and Software projects, transforming them into Planhat Issues. Updates made within Planhat can be pushed back to multiple Jira projects simultaneously. Additionally, issues from Jira Service Desk can be imported as customer-facing Tickets within Planhat. Both types of synchronized items, issues and tickets, are updated near-instantaneously between the two platforms. Authorized Planhat users can configure this integration through the 'Integrate' tab, with a detailed setup guide available in the Planhat Help Center. Proper Jira access permissions are required to establish the connection.
